And if developers want to catch the attention of these potential buyers, then Internet should be the medium to focus on.

This and more is revealed in a survey conducted by realty portal Makaan.com exclusively for Mint.

The survey took responses from 1,125 respondents in seven major cities across India – Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Pune.
