For instance, there may be schemes in the market that offer real benefits such as structured payment plans, free car parking or no registration fee. Small discounts and offers should not drive your decision.

Due diligence must be undertaken before investing anywhere. The market is flooded with a fair mix of real benefits and gimmicks. Establish the credentials and past record of the developer before buying a property.
