Sunteck Realty to enter branded residence segment
Sunteck Realty plans to enter the branded residence segment and is
evaluating the concept for its super luxury residential projects in
Bandra Kurla Complex.
Sunteck Realty is planning to enter the branded
residence segment which is an emerging concept in luxury housing. In
this regard the company is evaluating the concept for its super luxury
residential projects located in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). The luxury
residential firm is currently developing three premium residential
projects in BKC.
The company is in talks with an
international brand to put up global concepts like the Mandarin
Residences or luxury brand residences like Versace designed homes or
similar branded residences for one of its projects in the BKC.
Sunteck
Realty primarily focuses on the development of ultra premium and luxury
residential properties in city-centric locations of Mumbai. Its
development activities include multi-unit apartment buildings, block
re-developments, planned communities and commercial spaces.
"Branded residences are an emerging concept in luxury housing, marked by developers tying up with celebrities, international luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand," a property consultant told PTI.
