Mumbai: In L&T Emerald Isle 300 flats sold
in 3 days
Larson and Toubro (L&T)
Realty’s much awaited residential project Emerald Isle in Powai recorded sale
of 300 flats in three days. This residential project which was earlier open to
just company employees, was opened to public on 31st January,
2013.
L&T Realty closed the sales on 2nd February, 2013, with a statement that they had sold above 300 units on a launch price of Rs. 15,500 to Rs. 19,000 per square feet. The project is likely to reopen shortly with an expected price revision of around 15-20%.

From the overwhelming response
the project got, it can be inferred that demand of quality projects by branded
developers is still there in the market.
Success of this residential project besides others like Lodha Blue Moon brings hope for the residential real estate market. Recently, there had been much speculation about adequate sale of residential projects owing to relatively high and seemingly unaffordable prices in Mumbai.
